Two large rooms which convert to one by removing dividing screen.
Both licensed, seating 170 persons and 150 persons.
Maximum number for dancing is 190.
Kitchen with large gas range and two large kettles, but no crockery nor utensils.
The Recreation Ground can be hired for large outdoor events

The Pavilion accommodates a meeting place for many local community organisations such as the St. John Ambulance Soham Combined Division who meet in the hall located at the back of the main building and the Soham Scout and Guide Huts can be found on the Recreation Ground.
