If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive from Soham Town Council, please let us know using the Complaints Form below and we will do our best to put things right. Please be aware that your complaint may be an East Cambridgeshire District Council or Cambridgeshire County Council matter in which case we will inform the relevant department/s of your complaint.

Your complaint will be passed onto the relevant Soham Town Council Committee or Town/District/County Councillor and someone will contact you as soon as possible.  Some issues may take time to investigate, in which case we will aim to give you a full response within 10 working days.

If you are not satisfied with the answer you receive, you should telephone or write to the Council and explain why. They will investigate how your original complaint was handled and aim to give you their response within 10 working days.
