Complaints Form Soham Town Council welcomes comments and complaints and is always keen to hear how you think services can be improved. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive from Soham Town Council, please let us know using the Complaints Form below and we will do our best to put things right. Please be aware that your complaint may be an East Cambridgeshire District Council or Cambridgeshire County Council matter in which case we will inform the relevant department/s of your complaint. If you don't wish to complain but would like to make comments or suggestions about a service please use the Feedback Form
Your complaint will be passed
onto the relevant Soham Town Council Committee or Town/District/County
Councillor and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Some issues may
take time to investigate, in which case we will aim to give you a full
